The price you pay will be displayed at the site you use. BP cards are charged at £0.50p each per month plus VAT.

Every BP PLUS card is pre-configured to eliminate unauthorised purchases.

There are fast stop procedures that will limit liabilities if a card is lost or stolen.

You can also select between six different purchase options to suit the needs and tasks of each driver:

60 Diesel only
61 Fuels only
62 Fuels and lubricants
63 Fuels, lubricants and car wash
64 Fuels, lubricants, car wash and vehicle related goods and services.
65 All goods and services available on site

Cards can be configured by the identifier strips on the reverse of the card as follows:

• Vehicle based
• Person based
• Person and vehicle-based

Your drivers are guaranteed the forecourt fuel promotion. Nectar points can be obtained when using the card.

TRANSACTION INFORMATION AT A GLANCE

All transactions are listed by type, date, place, amount and volume of purchase, vehicle registration and odometer reading and VAT rate.

Invoices are accepted as VAT documents so VAT reclaim is easy.

Mileage and card transaction reports are also available on request.

Invoices are issued weekly. Our standard payment terms are direct debit 12 days after invoice.

Your BP PLUS card comes configured for acceptance at Total service stations throughout the UK giving even greater network coverage. (Subject to 1p per litre plus VAT handling charge on the pump price for Total purchases only). BP cards are charged at £0.50p each per month plus VAT.
